Japanese Theater actor, director and theater trainer Miyuki Kamimura pays a courtesy call on Governor Edgar. Kasing Sining Artistic Director and renowned director Lutgardo Labad thanked both Mr. Miyuki and the Governor for their support to the ongoing workshop on Theater Devising using Asian Theater conventions.
